Recent research studies strongly indicate that traditional intelligence, as measured by IQ is not enough to be successful. Ability to engage and demonstrate emotionally intelligent behaviour is the key to success. This module is designed to help participants to build ability to read and regulate their own emotions and also understand other’s emotional states and thereby take better decisions.
