About The Founder & CEO
Dr Hema Yadavalli holds a doctorate in Human Resource Management. Having started her professional journey as an academician and also later working as the Director of a business school, she has always found the corporate world extremely intriguing. When she did make her move into the corporate sector, she worked with Vivid Group and handled HR for five years.
She found it especially exciting to put years of her theoretical experience into practice. Her keen interest in grooming students along with her time at Vivid Group drew her into the field of Corporate Training and motivated her to start her passion project of owning a training firm – HY talent Learning and Development Solutions. She is specialized in conducting behavioral training and leadership training. She is well versed with appropriate tools and psychometric tests that would help in right evaluation of the trainees. Her academic experience gives her the leverage in conducting Faculty development Programs and Entrepreneurship Development Programs.
She is certified in conducting Train the Trainer in Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace Act, 2013. She is also on the board of a few companies as the External Member in the Internal Complaints Committee.
