Locus of Control
Locus of Control is the perceived source of control over behaviour. People with internal locus of control believe that their skill, ability, and efforts determine the bulk of their life experiences. In contrast, people with external locus of control believe that their lives are determined mainly by sources outside them like fate, chance, luck or powerful others. These perceptions greatly determine the behaviour of people. This module helps the participants to understand whether they have internality or externality so that they can alter their attitude.
