Faculty are the lifeline of any educational institution. They are directly responsible for delivering the top of the knowledge that the institution promises it’s students. With technology and learning experiences evolving every year, there is a need to invest in the training of faculty and empowering them to handle the system in an efficient manner. Apart from subject related knowledge, they should be encouraged to develop leadership and behavioural skills for better output. This module mainly helps the participants to develop the skills that are required in delivering the best quality experience to the students.
